Open Cell Rubbers

OC 1 OC 2 OC 3

Open Cell Sponge Rubbers are a product of natural caoutchouc (natural rubber resin from the tree) with technical qualities having a higher caoutchouc content than the standard quality.

They are available in different porosities- fine, medium and large pore with densities from 0.13 to 0.50 g/cm³

Open Cell Rubbers are:

  • Heat Resistant up to +80°C.
  • Elastic up to +40°C
  • Ozone Resistant
  • Easily flammable
  • Not resistant against oil, lipid, acid, alkaline, solutions & dissolvers.

Applications for Open Cell Rubbers are:
