Gas Blown

Gas Blown Polyethylene contain no chemical blowing agents or residues.

This technology reduces lightweight foams that have comparable physical properties to heavier chemically blown foams.

They have a higher colour density with less variation throughout the sheet than their chemically blown counter parts.

This autoclave manufacturing process produces foams:

  • With exceptionally regular cell size
  • Even cell size distribution

Giving foams made in this manor enhanced physical properties when compared to foams of simular density produced chemical. Used same as Chemical blown!
